Threaded Tee

The Threaded Tee has a T-shaped structure with three openings featuring internal threads, allowing threaded pipes to be screwed in easily without the need for welding. It is commonly used in small-diameter piping systems suitable for low-pressure applications and is available in a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys, conforming to standards such as ASME B16.11.

Carbon Steel Threaded Tee

SSM produces Carbon Steel Threaded Tees made of carbon steel, featuring a T-shaped structure with three internally threaded openings. The excellent strength and pressure resistance of carbon steel make these tees particularly suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature piping systems in industries such as oil, natural gas, chemical, and water supply.

Common Grades: ASTM A105, ASTM A350.

Stainless Steel Threaded Tee

SSM produces Stainless Steel Threaded Tees made from stainless steel, featuring a T-shaped structure with three internally threaded openings. The excellent corrosion resistance and strength of stainless steel make these tees particularly suitable for applications that require high corrosion resistance and high-temperature tolerance, such as in the chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, and other industries with stringent corrosion requirements.

Alloy Steel Threaded Tee

SSM produces Alloy Steel Threaded Tees made from alloy steel, featuring a T-shaped structure with three internally threaded openings. These tees create branches in piping systems and allow you to screw threaded pipes directly into the fitting without welding. The alloy steel, which includes elements like chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, enhances strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance. This makes these tees especially suitable for piping systems that require high strength and wear resistance, such as those used in high-pressure, high-temperature, or harsh environmental conditions.

Common Grades: ASTM A182 F11, ASTM A182 F22.

Nickel Alloy Threaded Tee

SSM produces Nickel Alloy Threaded Tees made from nickel alloy, featuring a T-shaped structure with three internally threaded openings. The nickel alloy provides excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and strength, making these tees especially suitable for harsh environments such as chemical processing, marine settings, and high-temperature applications. We use these tees in high-performance applications requiring resistance to corrosion and extreme temperatures.

Common Grades: Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276.

NPT BSPP BSPT Threaded Tee

  • NPT (National Pipe Thread): Primarily used in the United States and Canada. Thread angle is 60 degrees. Tapered thread.
  • BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper):Primarily used in the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Thread angle is 55 degrees. Tapered thread.
  • BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel): Primarily used in the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Thread angle is 55 degrees. Parallel thread.
